HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES

Cleaning help that fits the work you actually need.

You don’t have to book the whole house, and you don’t have to know exactly which service you need before reaching out.

I offer regular Maintenance Cleaning, more detailed Deep Cleaning, Reset Cleaning for homes that have fallen behind, and seasonal Camp Opening and Closing. I’ll help you figure out which option makes sense based on the rooms you want cleaned and the work involved.

Cleanings start at $125. Camp services start at $150.

Maintenance Cleaning

From $125

Best for: Homes that are already generally kept up and need regular help staying that way.

Available every two weeks or monthly. Maintenance Cleaning covers the everyday cleaning that keeps your home from gradually getting away from you.

You can have the whole home cleaned or choose only the rooms and areas you want included.

Deep Cleaning

From $125

Best for: Homes or rooms that need more detailed cleaning than regular upkeep.

Deep Cleaning includes more detailed work and tackles areas that aren’t normally handled during Maintenance Cleaning, such as washing baseboards and blinds and cleaning interior windows in the rooms included.

It can be a whole-home deep clean or just the rooms that need the extra attention.

Reset Cleaning

From $125

Best for: Homes that have fallen behind and need more help getting clean and functional again.

Reset Cleaning starts with regular cleaning but accounts for the extra work involved when clutter, dishes, buildup, pet hair, or everyday life have gotten in the way.

The exact scope is customized around your priorities and the condition of the rooms we’re working on.

Camp Opening & Closing

From $150

Best for: Seasonal homes and camps that need cleaning at the beginning or end of the season.

Camp Opening handles the dust, cobwebs, insects, pollen, and other seasonal debris that accumulates while a property sits.

Camp Closing focuses on leaving the quoted rooms clean before the property is shut down for the season.

NOT SURE WHERE YOU FIT?

You don’t need to figure that out before you contact me.

A lot of cleaning jobs don’t fit neatly into a label from the client’s point of view. That’s okay.

Maintenance Cleaning probably fits if:

  • Your home is generally kept up.
  • You want help every two weeks or monthly.
  • You mainly need regular bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, floors, and household surfaces handled.

Deep Cleaning probably fits if:

  • The home is reasonably maintained but needs more detail.
  • Baseboards, blinds, windows, trim, or overlooked areas need attention.
  • You want a more thorough one-time cleaning.

Reset Cleaning probably fits if:

  • Things have gotten away from you.
  • There’s more clutter, dishes, pet hair, or buildup than regular upkeep would normally involve.
  • You need the cleaning prioritized around what will make the biggest practical difference.

Camp Cleaning probably fits if:

  • You’re opening a seasonal home after it has sat unused.
  • You’re getting a camp cleaned before closing it down.
  • Seasonal dust, insects, cobwebs, or vacancy-related cleaning are part of the job.

Still unsure? Tell me what the house looks like and what you want help with. I’ll recommend the service rather than expecting you to choose the right label.

What every cleaning has in common

Regardless of the service, I quote the specific rooms and areas we agree on. There is no automatic whole-house requirement.

Depending on the room and service, regular cleaning may include things like:

  • Dusting accessible household surfaces
  • Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
  • Wiping switches, handles, and other frequently touched areas
  • Vacuuming baseboards
  • Vacuuming and/or mopping accessible floors
  • Light surface clearing so I can clean underneath and return items
  • Normal household trash handling
  • Cleaning safely reachable areas and fixtures

The amount of detail changes depending on whether you choose Maintenance, Deep, Reset, or Camp Cleaning.

You can hire me for just part of the house.

If the kitchen and two bathrooms are what you need help with, I can quote those.

If the bedrooms are fine but the kitchen, living room, and entry need attention, we can work with that.

The number of rooms doesn’t determine the service. The work involved does.

Add what you need.

Some work isn’t included in every standard cleaning, but can easily be added to your quote.

I offer add-ons including:

  • Oven interior cleaning
  • Refrigerator clean-outs and full refrigerator details
  • Inside cabinets, drawers, pantries, and bathroom vanities
  • Dishwashing
  • Interior windows
  • Baseboard washing
  • Blind cleaning
  • Wall washing
  • Linen changes and bed making
  • Bath mat and shower curtain washing
  • Laundry
  • Washer cleaning cycles

Add-ons are priced separately so you can choose the work that actually matters to you instead of paying for a package full of things you don’t need. View All Add-On Services
