Maintenance Cleaning
From $125
Available every two weeks or monthly. Maintenance Cleaning handles the regular bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, floors, and everyday household cleaning that tends to build up between visits.
Deep Cleaning
From $125
Includes more detailed work such as washing baseboards and blinds, cleaning interior windows, and spending more time on buildup and overlooked areas.
Reset Cleaning
From $125
Reset Cleaning starts with regular cleaning but accounts for the extra work involved when clutter, dishes, buildup, pet hair, or everyday life have gotten in the way.
Camp Opening & Closing
From $150
Camp Opening handles seasonal dust, cobwebs, insects, pollen, and other buildup from sitting unused. Camp Closing focuses on cleaning the quoted rooms before the property is shut down for the season.

- You want a more thorough one-time cleaning.
Reset Cleaning probably fits if:
- Things have gotten away from you.
- There’s more clutter, dishes, pet hair, or buildup than regular upkeep would normally involve.
- You need the cleaning prioritized around what will make the biggest practical difference.
Camp Cleaning probably fits if:
- You’re opening a seasonal home after it has sat unused.
- You’re getting a camp cleaned before closing it down.
- Seasonal dust, insects, cobwebs, or vacancy-related cleaning are part of the job.

What every cleaning has in common
Regardless of the service, I quote the specific rooms and areas we agree on. Regular cleaning generally covers the expected surfaces, kitchens and bathrooms, dusting, floors, high-touch areas, and normal household trash. The amount of detail changes depending on the service and the condition of the space.

Some work isn’t included in every standard cleaning, but can easily be added to your quote. I offer add-ons including:
- Oven interior cleaning
- Refrigerator cleaning
- Inside cabinets or vanities
- Dishwashing Interior windows
- Laundry and linen changes
