Hi, I’m Jessica.

I’m the person behind The Clean Reset Co., and I’m also the person who will show up at your door with the vacuum, scrub brushes, and cleaning supplies.

I run the business on my own, which means you’re not being passed from an office to a scheduler to a different cleaner every week. You’ll talk to me when you ask for a quote, I’ll be the one who looks at the job, and I’ll be the one doing the cleaning.

I provide house cleaning in Bridgton, Fryeburg, Sebago, Denmark, and nearby western Maine towns, including regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, Reset Cleaning, and seasonal camp cleaning.

But the kind of cleaning I wanted to offer goes a little beyond just showing up and wiping down an already-tidy house.

I know how quickly a house can get away from you.

I’ve had times when my own home became overwhelming.

The dishes piled up. Pet hair seemed to be everywhere. Bathrooms needed more attention than I had time or energy to give them. Things accumulated on counters and floors. One skipped cleaning turned into several, and eventually the amount that needed to be done felt bigger than the time available to do it.

And once you’re behind, it can be surprisingly hard to get back on top of it.

That experience has a lot to do with the way I approach this business.

I don’t assume someone hiring a cleaner has a spotless house and just wants somebody to polish it once a week. Sometimes that’s exactly what a client needs, and I’m happy to do that. But sometimes someone needs help because things really did get away from them.

I can work with that.

Your house does not need to be ready for a cleaner.

You don’t have to spend the night before I arrive frantically cleaning because you’re worried about what I’ll think.

If there are dishes in the sink, there are dishes in the sink. If the shower has serious buildup, that’s a cleaning job. If pet hair has taken over the furniture, I’ll get the vacuum. If there are rooms you’ve been avoiding because you don’t know where to begin, we can talk about what would make the biggest difference.

I’m there to deal with the cleaning, not judge how it got there.

There are limits to what I can safely clean, and I’m not an organizer, junk-removal company, mold-remediation service, or restoration contractor. If something is outside what I can reasonably handle, I’ll tell you.

But ordinary household mess, clutter I can work around, neglected bathrooms, buildup, dishes, pet hair, and homes that haven’t been cleaned in a while do not scare me off.

Cleaning help isn’t just for one kind of person.

You don’t need to be wealthy. You don’t need to have a huge house. And you definitely don’t need to already have everything under control.

People hire cleaners for all kinds of reasons.

Maybe you’re working long hours and don’t want to spend your limited free time scrubbing bathrooms.

Maybe you’re keeping up with kids, pets, work, appointments, and everything else that comes with running a household.

Maybe illness, an injury, caregiving, grief, depression, ADHD, or a major life change knocked your normal routine sideways.

Maybe the house has simply fallen behind.

Or maybe you could clean it yourself and just plain don’t want to.

Those are all perfectly ordinary reasons to hire some help.

You also don’t have to hire me to clean every room in the house. If the kitchen and bathrooms are what you really need help with, I can quote the kitchen and bathrooms. If several rooms need a deeper cleaning and the rest are fine, we can work with that too.

I like things clear and straightforward.

I price cleaning by the job, not by the hour.

Before I start, we’ll agree on the rooms being cleaned, what work is included, any add-ons you want, and the price. For jobs where photos aren’t enough to understand what’s involved, I can do a free walk-through.

I’d rather have an honest conversation about the condition of the home and give you a realistic quote than guess low and surprise you later.

The same goes for the cleaning itself. If something turns out to be significantly different from what we discussed, I’ll talk to you before changing the scope or price.

No mystery charges. No pretending every house takes the same amount of work.

Your home stays your business.

Letting someone into your home is personal, especially when you’re already uncomfortable with how it looks.

I take that seriously.

What I see while I’m working in your home is not something I’m going to gossip about or turn into a story for somebody else. Photos you send for a quote are used to understand the job. If I ever want to share a before-and-after photo publicly, I’ll ask first.

You should be able to be honest with me about what I’m walking into. That makes it easier for me to plan properly, bring what I need, and give you an accurate quote.

A small local business, on purpose.

The Clean Reset Co. is just me.

That means I can keep things personal, flexible, and straightforward. I know whose house I’m walking into. I know what we agreed on. And when you contact the business, you’re contacting the same person who will actually be doing the work.

I’m not trying to build a luxury cleaning brand or make ordinary homes look like magazine spreads.

I want to provide solid, dependable cleaning for people who could use the help.

Sometimes that means keeping a home maintained every couple of weeks.

Sometimes it means scrubbing through months of buildup.

Sometimes it means helping someone get a few important rooms back under control.

And sometimes it’s getting a Maine camp cleaned up before everyone arrives for the summer or before it gets closed for the season.

It’s all cleaning. And I’m happy to do the real stuff.
