Maintenance Cleaning is for homes that are already generally kept up and need regular cleaning every two weeks or monthly. I clean the rooms and areas we agree on, so you don’t have to book the whole house. Your quote is based on the work involved, and you’ll know what’s included and what it costs before we get started.

Maintenance Cleaning may be a good fit if…

• You’d like the same cleaner coming on a predictable schedule.

If the house needs more work before regular maintenance makes sense, that’s okay. I may recommend starting with a Deep or Reset Cleaning and then moving into Maintenance Cleaning afterward.

What does Maintenance Cleaning include?

Every quote is based on the rooms you choose, but a typical Maintenance Cleaning focuses on the regular work needed to keep those areas in good shape.

That can include cleaning accessible counters and surfaces, dusting furniture and décor, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, appliance exteriors, sinks and fixtures, toilets, tubs and showers, shower glass, mirrors, switches and handles, vacuuming accessible baseboards, dusting blinds, vacuuming carpets and rugs, and vacuuming or mopping hard floors.

I’ll also handle trash cans in the rooms being cleaned and do the light clearing needed to reach the surfaces we’ve agreed on.
